Full‑Stack Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE for SaaS Platform

About the role

DuoKey is expanding its engineering hub in Mauritius and is looking for experienced professionals to join its SaaS platform team. Depending on your background you can work as a Full‑Stack Engineer (Rust/React), a Platform DevOps Engineer, or a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). All roles focus on building secure, scalable, and high‑performance services for a global cybersecurity product.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features using Rust on the backend and React on the frontend (Full‑Stack role).
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with IaC tools such as Terraform, and operate Kubernetes clusters (DevOps role).
• Define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability (metrics, tracing, logging), and build automation for incident detection and remediation (SRE role).
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable, secure solutions.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the chosen track (Full‑Stack, DevOps/Platform, or SRE).
• Strong Linux fundamentals and a production‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP).
• Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and take ownership of deliverables.
