Fund Accountant

About the role

The Fund Accountant will join Apex Group’s global fund administration team, acting as the primary point of contact for brokers, custodians and clients. You will ensure accurate NAV calculations, maintain high service standards and support the onboarding of new operating offices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality service to clients and motivate the team.
• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with brokers, custodians and fund investors.
• Reconcile cash and portfolio balances to banks and brokers.
• Prepare working files and calculate NAV for assigned funds.
• Update the fund accounting system and process trade confirmations.
• Record investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
• Prepare financial statements, management accounts and statutory returns.
• Liaise with auditors during statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations for onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Identify and drive efficiency initiatives and complete ad‑hoc client projects.

• Ability to report issues promptly and adhere to internal control procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
