Fund Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Fund Accountant to join our global fund administration team. The successful candidate will support the preparation and review of NAV packs, financial statements and audit processes for private equity and hedge fund clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare NAV reporting packs for private equity or hedge fund portfolios according to client frequency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual account/financial statements as required.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Participate in transfer agency transactions when needed.
• Maintain overall responsibility for client relationships, handling inquiries and attending meetings.

Required profile

• Accounting experience, preferably within the fund industry.
• ACCA qualified, partially qualified, or holding an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Investran, Efront, Paxus or Allvue is an advantage.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Hard‑working, willing to put in extra hours when required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Organised, accurate and eager to learn new tasks.
