Fund Administrator – Central Offices

About the role

The Fund Administrator will join the Central Compliance team to drive risk and compliance operations across Amicorp’s offices that lack a local compliance function. The role focuses on client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and ensuring that all activities meet regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks during client onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle.
• Lead smooth and timely client onboarding while adhering to agreed response times.
• Evaluate new business deals for regulatory, risk‑appetite, and strategic impact.
• Support local management teams in defining risk appetite, tolerances, and limits.
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate high‑level compliance initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to capture changing requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and report any non‑compliance or suspicious activity.
• Prepare written compliance reports for senior management.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators and oversee compliance‑related audits.
• Perform the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) duties for the assigned jurisdiction and provide support to other jurisdictions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven compliance experience in financial, accounting, trust or fiduciary services.
• Strong knowledge of anti‑money‑laundering regulations and enterprise risk‑management frameworks.
• Ability to lead compliance efforts for offices without a local presence.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication with regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
