Funding Executive

About the role

As a Funding Executive within the Strategic Funding SBU, you will support the end‑to‑end execution of MCB’s fundraising projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to implement the bank’s debt issuance and funding strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and tracking fundraising projects across all stages, setting up dedicated Deal Teams using RACI or similar tools.
• Define technical requirements, contribute to funding strategy (structure, terms, pricing) and oversee preparation and distribution of documentation.
• Coordinate with internal executives and external parties, acting as the central point for project communication and documentation.
• Develop and monitor debt issuance strategy, including structure, pricing, terms and market timing, and report progress.
• Engage with debt investors through roadshows and queries, building relationships with international banks and development finance institutions.
• Maintain access to wholesale funding sources and coordinate post‑fundraising activities.
