Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant

About the role

One&Only Le Saint Géran, a luxury resort in Mauritius, is looking for a creative, highly organised and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join its Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the role provides day-to-day creative support so that all visual and marketing materials meet the highest standards and reflect the One&Only brand identity and the resort's positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Create, adapt and update marketing collateral in print and digital formats, including brochures, flyers, invitations, menus, fact sheets, posters, guest communications and promotional materials for restaurants, bars, Spa and other guest-facing areas.
• Develop creative assets for campaigns, seasonal activations, events and special occasions, adapting existing assets to multiple formats while keeping brand consistency.
• Prepare artwork and print-ready files, liaise with printers and suppliers, and maintain a library of approved assets, templates and brand materials.
• Help manage and update the hotel website, upload and format content, coordinate updates with hotel departments and assist with basic content management.
• Select, prepare and optimise photography, edit images and retouch photos, and support photo shoots and content production.
• Produce visual assets for social media, EDMs and digital campaigns, and help with presentations, moodboards and creative documents.
• Collaborate with F&B, Spa, Rooms and Guest Experience on marketing materials and support guest experiences, events and seasonal activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, luxury brands, fashion, lifestyle or a premium creative environment is an asset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and French.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Canva and basic CMS knowledge are advantages.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation or video editing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of print production and artwork preparation.
