Group Compliance Manager

About the role

Amicorp Group is seeking a Group Compliance Manager to join its central compliance and risk operations team. The role will ensure the accurate implementation of the group’s compliance strategy while balancing commercial interests across a global network of offices.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt a proactive approach to identify and mitigate risks during client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure smooth and efficient client onboarding within agreed response times.
• Evaluate risk exposure of new business deals and assess impact on strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist local management teams in defining and maintaining risk appetite, tolerances, and limits.
• Provide expert guidance, oversight, and independent challenge to offices without a local compliance function.
• Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their relevance to the business.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Head to implement high‑level strategic compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven compliance experience in financial services, accounting, trust or fiduciary environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
