Guest Relation Manager

About the role

Constance Belle Mare Plage, a luxury resort in Mauritius, is looking for an experienced Guest Relation Manager to lead its Guest Relations department. This senior, on‑site position oversees the entire guest journey, from pre‑arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the resort’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Guest Relations team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Set performance objectives, monitor rosters and ensure coverage aligned with occupancy.
• Conduct daily briefings, communicate VIP preferences and special occasions.
• Oversee all guest interactions, guaranteeing consistent premium service across the resort.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews and satisfaction surveys; drive continuous improvement.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring appropriate follow‑up.
• Personally engage with guests to deliver personalized, memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality or guest services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
