Guest Service Supervisor

About the role

Constance Belle Mare Plage, a luxury resort in Mauritius, is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead its front‑of‑house team. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold high service standards, and contribute to unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily guest service operations, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and overall satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and train the guest service team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest‑facing areas.
• Assist in developing and implementing guest service policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback, occupancy rates and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in guest services or a related hospitality role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• In‑depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards.
• Experience with hotel management software and booking systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is highly desirable.
