Guest Service Supervisor

About the role

Constance Belle Mare Plage, a luxury resort in Mauritius, is looking for a Guest Service Supervisor to lead its front‑of‑house team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the resort’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily guest service operations, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and overall satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and train the guest service team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards in guest‑facing areas.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback, occupancy rates and other relevant metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in guest services or a related hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
