Guest Service Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team at a luxury resort in Mauritius. You will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable stay while upholding the resort’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily guest service operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs and overall guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and train the guest service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of all guest‑facing areas.
• Assist in developing and updating service policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback, occupancy and other performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost satisfaction and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in guest services or a related hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software and booking systems (PMS).
