Guest Service Team Leader

About the role

The Guest Service Team Leader will oversee front‑office operations at Constance Belle Mare Plage, ensuring that every guest receives prompt, courteous, and memorable service. This position combines leadership, problem‑solving, and operational oversight in a vibrant resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, telephone calls, and messages quickly and in line with hotel standards.
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome.
• Activate rapid responses to guest issues, follow up, and confirm satisfaction.
• Manage front‑office stationery, stock, and ensure timely re‑ordering.
• Allocate rooms using the reservation system and monitor nightly audit reports.
• Maintain accurate daily event information and ensure compliance with accounting and legal procedures.
• Identify training needs within the department and address them promptly.
• Supervise and allocate work to front‑office staff, modeling professional attitude and body language.
• Monitor budget guidelines, uphold financial responsibility, and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Participate in recycling initiatives and comply with fire, health, and safety regulations.
