Guest Service Team Leader

About the role

The Guest Service Team Leader will oversee front‑office operations at Constance Belle Mare Plage, ensuring that every guest interaction is handled quickly, courteously and to the highest standard. This role combines hands‑on guest service with leadership of front‑office staff in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring timely and courteous service for all guests.
• Handle guest telephone calls and messages promptly, following hotel standards.
• Respond to guest issues, follow up to guarantee satisfaction, and propose creative improvements to the guest experience.
• Oversee front‑office inventory, stationery and stock, ensuring re‑ordering as needed.
• Perform room allocation using reservation data and monitor the Night Audit Report daily.
• Allocate work, supervise staff, and uphold professional attitude, body language and compliance with company policies.
• Control budgeting, financial procedures and up‑sell opportunities to maximise room rates.
• Ensure compliance with fire, health and safety regulations and participate in related training.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Secondary education plus additional training or certificates relevant to hospitality.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
• Proven ability to lead teams, multitask and pay close attention to detail.
