Join Constance Belle Mare Plage, a leading resort in Mauritius, where a vibrant team spirit and authentic hospitality drive daily operations. As a Guest Service Team Leader you will ensure swift, courteous service for all guests while supporting and developing your front‑office team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and courteously.
• Manage guest telephone calls and messages, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Activate rapid responses to guest problems and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Oversee room allocation, night audit reporting, and daily event updates.
• Maintain front‑office stationery and stock levels, re‑ordering as needed.
• Allocate work, supervise staff, and model professional attitude and body language.
• Uphold financial responsibility, adhere to budget guidelines, and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations and report equipment defects.

Required profile

• Middle or secondary education plus relevant training or certificates.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a luxury resort.
• At least 1 year in a similar supervisory position.
• Fluency in English and another language (written and spoken); a third language is a plus.
