Guest Services Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Guest Services Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Constance Prince Maurice, a luxury resort on Mauritius’ northeast coast. You will ensure a seamless and memorable experience from arrival through departure, embodying the brand’s commitment to elegance and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, personalized greeting and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Escort VIP guests, record preferences, and coordinate special requests.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, offering concierge‑level assistance.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B and other departments to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction.
• Process payments, manage reservations, and perform accurate cashiering functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk and lobby area and keep guest profiles up to date in the system.

Required profile

• NC3 or equivalent qualification in Front Office, Hospitality or Customer Service.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Guest Services Agent or in a similar guest‑facing role.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Team‑oriented, proactive attitude and strong collaborative mindset.
