About the role
The Guest Services Attendant handles daily arrivals, departures, and luggage coordination at the Front Drive, ensuring smooth guest experiences and efficient buggy dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, assist with automobile entry, and manage luggage loading/unloading for limousines and taxis.
- Provide resort tours, orientation, and directions to various outlets and services.
- Escort guests to their villas, present in‑room orientation, and handle departures, transportation, and baggage claims.
- Coordinate valet, buggy, and luggage services, maintain clean work areas, and support the Guest Service Supervisor.
- Assist with guest requests, room changes, laundry delivery, and emergency preparations such as umbrella provision.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality or 1‑2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel/resort.
- Ability to lift 23 kg and drive a buggy/golf cart.
- Proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
- Hospitable, outgoing, and customer‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
