About the role
We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead the day‑to‑day running of an early‑childhood setting in Mauritius. The role involves managing operational and administrative teams, ensuring child safety, compliance and budget follow‑up, and welcoming families.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the early‑childhood centre.
- Manage operational and administrative teams.
- Oversee child safety, regulatory compliance and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with senior management and pedagogical leads to develop strong processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience running or managing operations in a nursery, preschool or network of early‑years settings.
- Strong team‑management skills with a hands‑on, field‑based approach.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Highly organised and process‑minded.
- Based in Mauritius.
