About the role
The Head of People Performance & Rewards will lead the Group Centre of Expertise for People Performance & Rewards at C‑Care International. Reporting to the Group Chief People & CI Officer, this senior HR leader will ensure consistent, data‑driven HR standards, performance management and reward practices across all business units.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and continuously improve the Group HR Management System, ensuring robust governance and operational excellence.
- Develop, maintain and govern HR policies, SOPs, standards and governance frameworks to support consistent HR practices.
- Lead the annual Group HR audit programme, monitor corrective actions and drive simplification, automation and lean process improvements.
- Drive organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, productivity frameworks, organisation design reviews and optimisation strategies.
- Create and maintain career ladders, competency frameworks, staffing models and productivity benchmarks.
- Oversee the Group Performance Management System, Job Architecture, Hay Job Evaluation framework and reward governance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, develop compensation frameworks and provide market intelligence.
- Govern all Group HR systems and digital platforms, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy and digital transformation.
- Develop executive HR dashboards, workforce analytics and business intelligence tools for strategic decision‑making.
- Lead HR automation, digitalisation and process redesign initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Manage the annual manpower planning and HR budget process, including workforce costing and productivity measurement.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading HR performance, reward and analytics functions in a multi‑site, multi‑country environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR governance, audit processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in workforce planning, job architecture, competency frameworks and compensation benchmarking.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital HR transformation and automation.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
