About the role
The Head of Tender will lead the company’s tendering activities, from spotting opportunities to delivering competitive bids that align with commercial goals and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end tender process, from opportunity identification to submission.
- Review tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to gather information and pricing.
- Prepare, review and submit accurate, competitive tender proposals.
- Monitor tender outcomes, maintain records and report results to management.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Procurement or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in tender management, procurement or a similar role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
