About the role
Baystone Boutique Hotel & Spa is looking for a polished, high‑end Head Waiter to join its upscale, intimate restaurant. The role involves delivering flawless, personalized table service to an international VIP clientele while guiding junior service staff on the floor.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver flawless, personalized table service to international VIP guests.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior service staff on the dining floor.
- Flexibly work across the restaurant floor, bar, and guest lounge as required.
Required profile
- Solid prior experience in a fine‑dining or 5‑star hotel restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French gastronomic service protocols and wine pairing.
- Fluent in French and English with exceptional communication skills.
- Reside in the Northern region (hotel transport not provided).
