About the role
FM Denim Co. Ltd is seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Officer to join its team at La Tour Koenig. The role is full-time and open to immediate recruitment, for a detail-oriented professional committed to keeping the workplace safe, compliant and efficient across all departments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce health & safety regulations across all company departments
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with local safety laws
- Organize and implement safety training programs for employees
- Ensure emergency procedures and protocols are properly established and maintained
- Develop, review and promote company safety policies and procedures
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Health & Safety or a related field
- Resides in the North Region (up to Poudre d'Or Hamlet) or the Central Region (up to Curepipe)
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
