Host Company Supervisor – Talent Search & Development Supervisor

About the role

As a Host Company Supervisor at Placement International you will act as the key liaison between luxury hospitality partners and our pool of talented candidates. You will nurture relationships with 4‑5 star hotels and restaurants, match qualified professionals to suitable opportunities, and mentor candidates through interview preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with host companies in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Match candidates to appropriate placements, coordinate interviews and promote top talent.
• Provide coaching, mock interviews and strategic advice to candidates to improve their interview performance.
• Support new team members through training and onboarding.
• Ensure high‑quality service delivery and proactive communication for both partners and candidates.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of management experience in 4‑5 star hotels or related hospitality environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proven client‑management and team‑leadership experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM or client‑management systems.
