Hotel Driver & Porter – Guest Transport & Logistics

About the role

Constance Sakoa Boutik, a boutique beachfront hotel in northern Mauritius, is looking for a reliable Driver/Porter to ensure safe and efficient transport of guests, employees and authorised personnel. You will also support hotel operations with deliveries, collections and luggage assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests, staff and authorised persons safely and on time.
• Perform hotel‑related deliveries and collections as needed.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, presentation and overall condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, fluids) and report any defects.
• Follow all road traffic laws and hotel safety procedures.
• Keep accurate vehicle logbooks and records.
• Assist guests with luggage when required.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle operated.
• Professional, courteous behaviour and respect for guest confidentiality.
• Punctuality and reliability in transporting guests and staff.
• Previous experience as a hotel or professional driver is an advantage.
