About the role
The HR Coordinator will support the Group HR Executive in daily HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes across the head office and other Mont Choisy Group entities. This role acts as a strategic partner to management, contributing to the organisation's success through effective HR expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of HR processes at the head office and other group entities.
- Oversee recruitment activities: job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding of new staff.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting exit interviews, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Compile HR statistical reports and maintain employee data in the electronic database and HRIS.
- Supervise the administration team, office security, supplies, and coordinate fuel and telecom allocations.
- Coordinate performance management: assist line managers with KPI preparation, performance assessments, and improvement plans.
- Support policy drafting, SOP reviews, and assist during internal or external HR audits.
- Maintain staff files, update the staff database, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
