About the role

The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources department in daily operations, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, record management, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies and screening applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, contracts, and reports.
• Help organize employee training and development programs.
• Support payroll and attendance tracking processes as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Basic understanding of HR principles and employment practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
