About the role
We are seeking an Information System Administrator to join our team in Mauritius. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across stores and offices, supporting the fast‑moving retail environment of ale.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support to store and office users.
- Maintain IT equipment, systems, backups and user access.
- Assist with installation and deployment of IT systems in new stores.
- Coordinate with external IT suppliers and service providers.
- Support POS and other business applications.
- Maintain basic IT security and system documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of systems, networks and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work on‑site and respond to urgent IT issues.
- Experience in retail or a multi‑site environment is an advantage.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Odoo (strong advantage).
