Information Technology Support Officer

About the role

Join the Level 2 Application Support team as an Information Technology Support Officer. You will provide remote daily assistance to internal users, troubleshoot application incidents, and help maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Solve technical problems by centralising, analysing and documenting issues.
• Provide remote daily support to internal customers.
• Diagnose and resolve software and application incidents in line with SLA guidelines.
• Prioritise, schedule and, when required, escalate issues to the appropriate technician or L3 team.
• Produce and maintain procedures and documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with security and networking best practices to protect company systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Operational IT Team at Level 2.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Operation concepts.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows desktop administration.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Active Directory and NTFS permission management.
• Experience with ticketing systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management processes.
