IT Administrator – One Technology (1T)

About the role

PwC’s One Technology (1T) department is looking for an IT Administrator to support and enhance the firm’s technology infrastructure. You will work closely with senior team members on projects, provide day‑to‑day IT support, and help drive improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in planning, scoping and tracking IT projects.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for notebooks, printers, telecommunication devices and other end‑user equipment via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Maintain and troubleshoot operating systems, servers and virtualization platforms.
• Proactively support daily IT operations and report progress to managers.
• Use emerging technology tools to gather insights on industry trends.

Required profile

• Recent high school graduate or equivalent with a strong interest in IT.
• Ability to work collaboratively, resolve conflicts and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
