IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s IT systems. The successful candidate will ensure high availability, security and performance across servers, networks, storage and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and maintain servers, networks, storage and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Guarantee high availability, performance and security of all IT services.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents and optimise performance.
• Manage backup strategies, disaster‑recovery plans and business‑continuity processes.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and support.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team and technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Proven ability to manage complex network and server environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills.

• Networking, firewalls, switches, routers and VPN technologies.
• Server administration (Windows and Linux).
• Virtualisation technologies.
