IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join our global technology team. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance to end users across multiple regions, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, Teams, VPN and other collaboration tools.
• Maintain Windows (10+) and Windows Server (2016+) operating systems, including installation, configuration and patch management.
• Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu/RedHat), Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS/DHCP services.
• Manage VMware environments, backup systems and bare‑metal HP/Dell servers.
• Coordinate procurement of IT equipment and maintain an accurate asset inventory.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system and liaise with vendors when needed.
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades and ensure compliance with security policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar support role.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cultures.
