IT Support Analyst

About the role

The IT Support Analyst will join our global IT Support team, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance to end‑users in Mauritius and remotely across the Indian subcontinent. You will ensure that all office devices and technology are installed, configured, and maintained so staff can work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for laptops, printers, multifunction devices, smartphones, and video‑conferencing rooms.
• Physically set up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new hires and de‑provision equipment for off‑boarding.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA using the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams and coordinate with external vendors.
• Maintain IT asset records, software licences, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Global IT team to improve desktop service reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Produce monthly technology dashboards reporting performance, KPIs, and vendor metrics.
• Support IT General Controls and act as escalation point for security events.

Required profile

• College‑level education or equivalent professional training in IT.
• 1‑3 years of experience providing endpoint and infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with IT General Controls and local office network infrastructure.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work methodically.
