IT Support & Systems Administrator

About the role

Lynceus Partners is seeking a proactive IT Support & Systems Administrator to manage daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to employees. The role blends user support, Microsoft 365 administration, security, device management, and website technical oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level IT support for hardware, software, network, VPN, and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, including accounts, licenses, devices, and access rights.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite: Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
• Manage laptops, mobile devices, and IT assets, preferably via Microsoft Intune.
• Support IT security measures such as MFA, access control, phishing investigations, and basic backup processes.
• Oversee 3CX telephony system: user/license management, configuration, troubleshooting, and training.
• Maintain company websites – domains, hosting, DNS, SSL, CMS, backups, and performance monitoring.
• Document procedures, asset inventory, and licenses; identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT support or administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and endpoint management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP) and IT security.
• Service‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
