IT Systems Engineer

About the role

Rank Interactive is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join its global IT team. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support and manage endpoint technologies across a worldwide environment, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support for end‑user devices and applications.
• Manage and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM and JAMF.
• Deploy software, operating‑system updates, security patches and automate endpoint processes.
• Monitor device compliance, troubleshoot issues and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices, printers and other IT hardware globally.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver a reliable, secure user experience.

Required profile

• Experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support or EUC engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager and JAMF.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of patch management, software deployment, endpoint security and OS imaging.
• PowerShell scripting skills with solid reporting and data‑analysis capabilities.
