Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Advisory & Consulting – Financial Industry Solutions team. You will support both local and global clients throughout the compilation and audit process of fund financial statements, gaining exposure to a variety of accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements that comply with accounting principles of multiple jurisdictions.
• Analyse accounting, financial and legal information in an integrated manner.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of figures and data presented in reports.
• Verify that reports meet all legal requirements and client specifications.
• Assist clients during audit procedures, expanding your business knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as investment managers, fund accountants, auditors and legal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or partial ACCA qualification.
• Professional experience of 6 months to 1 year in audit, accounting or fund industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power Query is an advantage.
