Junior Business Analyst and Product Specialist

About the role

The Junior Business Analyst and Product Specialist will gather, analyse and document business requirements while supporting the design and enhancement of health‑insurance administration products. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate needs into functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and Product teams to design and enhance health‑insurance administration products.
• Prepare reports, conduct data and process analysis, and support testing and implementation of product changes.
• Provide user guidance, training and documentation for new or updated functionalities.
• Identify operational issues, propose solutions and ensure compliance with data protection and ISO standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Experience in software development environments and system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support evidence‑based decisions.
