Junior Corporate Administrator

About the role

The Junior Corporate Administrator provides administrative and corporate support to ensure effective management and compliance of client entities. The role assists with day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of companies, maintaining statutory records and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the formation, management and administration of Global Business Companies, Authorised Companies, domestic entities and special licences in line with the Companies Act and Financial Services Act.
• Prepare and file statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies and the Financial Services Commission in a timely manner.
• Draft and maintain corporate documents such as board resolutions, minutes, registers and share certificates.
• Collect, verify and regularly update Know Your Client (KYC) documents and support client due‑diligence under AML/CFT guidelines.
• Support the opening of bank accounts, process payment instructions and liaise with bankers on client transactions.
• Maintain accurate internal databases and physical files for all assigned client entities.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors and other third‑party providers to ensure smooth administration of client structures.

Required profile

• BSc in Finance (a related diploma is an advantage).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate administration or compliance.
• Good attitude, eagerness to learn, discipline and a team‑player mindset.
• Ability to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and assist in implementing internal compliance policies.
