Junior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

GWS Technologies is looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join its Moka office. You will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of websites, web applications and digital out‑of‑home experiences for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Implement front‑end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
• Build and integrate back‑end services and APIs, ensuring seamless client‑server communication.
• Optimize application performance and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers and other engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues and support ongoing enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development skills with experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
• Proficiency in back‑end development, API creation and server‑side technologies.
• Practical full‑stack development experience covering the entire application lifecycle.
• Experience implementing custom CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of web architecture, security best practices and performance optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work on‑site in Moka and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
