About the role

As a Junior Investment Data Operator you will support the investment team by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of portfolio data. You will handle transaction recording, reporting and client‑related follow‑ups, contributing to smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record stock market trading transactions, client transfers and update portfolio investments.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports for portfolio managers.
• Monitor negative cash accounts and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee quarterly management fee calculations.
• Identify and correct portfolio performance errors promptly.
• Write, submit and file essential reports to maintain organisational transparency.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
