About the role
CloudByte is a hands-on Odoo consulting practice based in Mauritius, working directly with clients on live implementations in finance, trading, manufacturing, distribution and services. As a Junior Odoo Consultant, you will work closely with the lead consultant on real client projects from day one, carrying real pieces of real work with guidance close at hand.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with Odoo configuration and setup
- Support requirements gathering and documentation
- Test and ensure quality before go-live
- Deliver user training and post go-live support
- Document configurations and processes
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field
- Strong written and spoken English
- Genuine interest in ERP and problem solving
- Quick to learn new software and technologies
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to Odoo or another ERP
- Basic accounting or business knowledge
- Awareness of Mauritius compliance (VAT, TDS)
