Junior QSR Manager – Bagatelle Mall

About the role

This is a hands‑on, floor‑based position where you will oversee the kitchen, counter and packaging areas of a busy QSR outlet. It is the first step into management with a clear progression path toward Assistant Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Walk the floor and ensure kitchen, counter and packaging operate to standards.
• Identify and resolve issues such as slow stations, stock gaps or staff needs before they become complaints.
• Coach team members in real time during the shift.
• Assist with cash handling, transactions, stock checks and opening/closing procedures under the supervision of the Branch or Assistant Manager.
• Take full responsibility for the branch (cash, team, standards) when senior managers are absent.
• Provide feedback to the Branch Manager on operational strengths and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• High school certificate.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a QSR controller or similar role.
• Proactive attitude – notice issues and act without being asked.
• Comfortable directing team members across multiple stations.
• Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Reliable transport to the store and excellent time‑keeping.
• Advantage: familiarity with cash handling, till operation, cash‑up or daily banking.
