Junior Regulatory Associate

About the role

Join the Regulatory team at Aspen Global Incorporated (AGI) in Mauritius as a Junior Regulatory Associate. You will support the management of regulatory activities for assigned products, ensuring compliance across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review, update and maintain real‑time data in the regulatory database to reflect the latest status.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and manufacturing sites to gather documents for regulatory submissions, license renewals and product amendments.
• Provide regulatory intelligence to the Supply Chain and other streams for supply‑related items.
• Communicate proactively with project teams about regulatory changes affecting assigned projects.
• Assist in responding to regulatory queries, coordinating with Quality and manufacturing teams.
• Raise change controls for any modifications impacting registered details, under supervision.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation solutions and drive process improvements within the regulatory function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
