Junior Sales and Marketing

About the role

Aphelion Ltd, a cloud systems integration company offering SaaS implementations, cloud architecture, development, integration, migration, automation, cybersecurity and managed services, is hiring a Junior Sales and Marketing professional. The position is full-time, based in Port Louis with a hybrid arrangement allowing some work from home. It supports the sales and marketing team in identifying prospects, nurturing leads and promoting the company's cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound sales activities
• Prepare presentations and sales materials, and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate events or webinars
• Gather market insights and provide basic training support to customers on the company's offerings
• Collaborate with senior team members to meet targets and deliver high-quality customer experiences

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Sales and sales management skills for lead generation, follow-up, pipeline tracking and reporting
• Training skills to deliver basic product walkthroughs and support customer onboarding
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Port Louis, manage time and work in a cross-functional team
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field preferred, with internship or entry-level experience in sales or marketing

Required skills

• Basic understanding of cloud technologies or SaaS solutions, or willingness to learn quickly in a technical environment
• Proficiency with office productivity and collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
