Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Publicis Production EMEA Hub’s HR team. In this role you will support end‑to‑end recruitment for our advertising and digital production business across multiple European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct direct searches and proactively source candidates using modern channels.
• Publish and promote vacancies, screen CVs and conduct phone interviews.
• Maintain the candidate database and ensure data quality in the ATS.
• Participate in HR projects such as onboarding, employer branding, internal communications, training and events.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an internal HR department or recruitment agency.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to organise work according to business objectives.
• Experience in the advertising or digital production industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
