Key Accounts Manager / Business Development Manager

About the role

Huawei is looking for a dedicated local professional to join its Carrier Accounts team in Mauritius as an Account Manager. You will act as the primary advisor for key telecom and enterprise accounts, driving strategic relationship growth and helping clients navigate complex digital transformations. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage. The position is open to locals only.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client relationships and act as the main point of contact for key accounts
• Uncover new business opportunities within existing portfolios to meet sales quotas
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to hit revenue targets and regional financial goals
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize commercial strategies
• Resolve complex client escalations and prepare comprehensive account status reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3 years of dedicated experience in account management or B2B sales
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at executive level
• Proven track record of delivering tailored, client-focused solutions
• Fluency in Mandarin is a strong additional advantage
