Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor leads the Mini Club at Constance Le Chaland, a luxury resort on Mauritius' south‑eastern coast. You will create a safe, engaging environment for children aged 10 months to 12 years, while delivering exceptional service to parents and supporting the resort’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome parents and guests, give tours of the Mini Club and explain daily programmes.
• Plan, organise and safely execute age‑appropriate daily activities, outings and special events.
• Monitor all children at all times, ensuring no child is left unobserved and that first‑aid equipment is readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Mini Club, manage inventory, and record incidents, breakages or losses.
• Prepare and send birthday cards, correspond with children, and organise gifts, cards and décor for events.
• Administer attendance records, monthly reports and staff rosters; conduct regular staff meetings.
• Support recruitment, selection and development of Mini Club staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a luxury resort.
• At least 1 year experience supervising a children’s club or similar role.
• Experience working with children from 10 months to 12 years.
• Middle or secondary education; additional training or certificates in the field is a plus.
• Professional, courteous communication with parents.

Required skills

• Basic First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
