Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The brand house is looking for a dynamic, business-driven Learning & Development Executive to design and deliver learning initiatives that build capability, drive performance and support business growth. This is not a traditional training role: it covers a fast-paced environment spanning retail, operations and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
• Design and deliver high-impact learning solutions that drive performance
• Lead the execution of the annual training plan aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job and digital training sessions
• Track and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their business impact
• Manage relationships with external training providers
• Ensure alignment with the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) and optimise training grant use
• Support talent development, succession planning and leadership capability building

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Business or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in Learning & Development or HR
• Commercial mindset able to link learning to business outcomes
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational ability
