Learning & Development Trainee – Leisure Cluster

About the role
The Learning & Development Trainee will support the coordination of training programmes, manage data, produce reports and contribute to talent development projects within a vibrant hospitality and tourism environment. This 4‑6 month placement is based at the Head Office in Bagatelle, offering hands‑on experience in people development.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, process and analyse data related to hospitality operations.
- Assist the Learning & Development Specialist on all L&D initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities and talent development metrics.
- Support talent development projects and contribute ideas for improvement.
Required profile
- Final‑year university student or first‑year master’s student.
- Exposure to or knowledge of the hospitality and tourism sectors.
- Proficiency with technology and digital tools.
- Strong analytical ability to handle large volumes of data.
