About the role
Join Club Med as a Lifeguard where you will ensure the safety of guests in and around the pool, deliver water‑sport lessons and provide personalized services while upholding the resort’s health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of adults and children in and around the pool.
- Manage pool distribution according to activities.
- Provide water‑activity lessons and private à la carte services.
- Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain the facility.
Required profile
- Pedagogical with excellent teaching abilities.
- Responsible and able to organise water‑sport activities smoothly.
- Passionate about helping customers discover, grow and challenge themselves.
- Open to people with disabilities.
