Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

The Manager – Corporate Services will lead the back‑office accounting function that supports the Luxembourg office from Mauritius. This permanent, hybrid position focuses on producing high‑quality financial records, consolidations and statements in line with IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
• Review month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and review complex consolidation working papers for multi‑entity and group reporting structures.
• Interpret shareholders’ and legal agreements to determine appropriate accounting entries.
• Provide technical IFRS guidance, draft memos and support audit preparation.
• Document internal control procedures and recommend improvements.
• Prepare, review and coordinate the production of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, notes).
• Manage invoice processing, accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, fixed assets and miscellaneous bookings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA or SAICA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar corporate accounting role.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
• Experience with holding companies, SPVs, real‑estate or private‑equity structures is a plus.
