About the role

Our client, DTOS Ltd, a leading Mauritian management company, is seeking a Managing Director to steer the business through its next phase of growth, transformation and market leadership. The role carries full P&L responsibility and will shape strategy at board and enterprise level while driving performance, innovation and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic direction in line with the Group’s vision, identifying growth opportunities and service expansion.
• Lead financial performance, meeting revenue, profitability and EBITDA targets, and optimise cost structures.
• Drive business development, strengthen existing client relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices, monitoring performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee risk management and regulatory compliance, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Foster a high‑performance culture, promote talent retention and develop leadership within the team.
• Maintain high‑quality client service, monitor satisfaction metrics and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Enhance the company’s brand and thought leadership through industry representation and visibility.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in a management or fund administration environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L responsibility and deliver financial results.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business growth and market development.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, capable of building high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management in the financial services sector.
